🎯 Your Role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies
*
Support procurement, tendering, and subcontractor selection
*
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress & compliance
*
Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts
*
Assist in contract administration and dispute resolution
*
Provide cost analysis and support financial reporting
*
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors
*
Monitor and control project costs to ensure budgets are met
*
Contribute to risk management and cost-saving initiatives
*
Ensure compliance with industry regulations & company policies
