We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Hungerford. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing costs, contracts, and financial aspects of fast paced contracts reporting to the Managing QS.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and other project expenses.
Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and payments.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the project.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.Assistant Quantity Surveyor Requirements
Relevant degree or professional accreditation
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to numbers.
Exceptional Excel Skills
