With a strong focus on commercial property sales, they are renowned in the local area for their expert management of a diverse and high-quality portfolio, shaping the commercial property landscape in the region.

As Assistant Property Manager , you’ll support the daily operations of the property portfolio, with a focus on compliance, tenant support, and maintenance coordination. If you have previous experience working within residential property management or have a desire to gain an opportunity within the commercial property sector, we want to hear from you! This is a varied, hands-on position in a fast-paced environment with genuine career development, not to mention a lovely supportive team to work with!

The Package:

Basic salary £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (D.O.E)
Office-based, Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
25 days annual leave plus public holidays
