Assistant Production Manager

A leading FMCG manufacturer is�seeking an Assistant Production Manager to join their expanding 24/7 production facility.This is currently�a Monday - Friday days based role, however flexibility in future will be needed to support the wider production teams.�

Supporting the Factory Manager and wider operational�leadership team; the Assistant�Production�Manager�will�be�responsible�for�overseeing�the�daily manufacturing�operations�from�intake�through�to�dispatch;�ensuring�the�teams�hit KPIs,�supporting�Production�Supervisors�in�the�training�and�development�of�their�teams�and�supporting�the�CI�&�HSE�Managers�in�the�role�out�of�new�projects�and�initiatives.�

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Team Manager / Leader to take their next step in their manufacturing�career, full support and training will be provided to develop the successful applicant to progress their career. Candidates will have sound knowledge of production processes, operations and continuous improvement developed within an FMCG manufacturing environment.�
