The role of the Assistant Payroll Manager
Support the Payroll Manager in the completion of payroll, ensuring effective and accurate delivery of 2-weekly and monthly payroll, including reporting
Support with all payroll regulations e.g. Tax/HMRC
Assist in year end processes; ensure all year end processes are complete e.g. holiday, tax
Support in the administration of the pension scheme
Assist in managing payroll systems and resolving payroll discrepancies efficiently
Serve as the payroll team lead and ensure smooth operations during the Manager's absence
