Support the Store Manager to drive store performance and achieve KPIs
Lead by example to motivate and inspire your retail team
Ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints
Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, and store operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager Who You Are:
Experienced in a supervisory or Assistant Manager position within retail
Confident, energetic, and passionate about people and customer service
Commercially minded and target-driven
Organised and adaptable with strong time-management
