Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales pipeline and generate monthly forecasting reports

Support pricing and margin control

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation
*
Act as key user and liaison for Salesforce CRM and Barbour ABI databases
*
Train and support the sales team on CRM and sales tools
*
Monitor key performance indicators to ensure data accuracy
*
Maintain pricing in SAP and manage rebate agreements
*
Provide support for tenders and bids
*
Oversee customer purchasing portals and quotation tools
*
Analyse sales and margin data to deliver actionable business insights
What We’re Looking For:

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
*
Salesforce experience (advantageous but not essential)
*
A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
*
Prior B2B or B2C sales experience
*
Technical background a plus
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving ability

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
