About the role:

As Junior Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the procurement and commercial functions across multiple luxury developments. You will be responsible for:

* Preparing accurate material take-offs from architectural and technical drawings

* Assisting in the procurement of materials, fixtures, and fittings for high-end residential projects

* Liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and ensuring timely delivery

* Supporting cost planning, tender analysis, and value engineering

* Maintaining procurement schedules and managing order documentation

* Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers to support project delivery

About the benefits and rewards:

Salary will be in the region of 35,000 DOE. They also offer a personalised bonus scheme reflective of both the business success and the individual’s progress.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a buying or estimating role, ideally within residential construction

* Strong take-off skills and ability to read and interpret construction drawings

* Detail-oriented, organised, and commercially aware

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with procurement software
