Reporting to the Commercial Financial Controller the successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks and support the financial operations of the company.

Assisting with the accounts payable and receivable process
Coding, authorising, and booking purchase invoices
Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
Assisting the preparation of monthly payment runs
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Administering and inputting expense forms in multiple currencies
Conduct monthly credit control duties
Prepare and maintain financial reports
Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and timely
Assist with month-end and year end closing procedures
Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
