Asset Manager

Job Description ​ The Company:

Our client is a dynamic real estate investor, asset and development manager with a focus on UK town centres and retail assets. They are a leader in the repositioning and development of retail property and town centres.

Job Role:

This sector-leading team is seeking a commercially aware and driven individual to work in their growing asset management team. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, this role will asset manage a number of assets across the portfolio offering direct exposure to key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

Implementation of the agreed asset business plans to deliver targets.
Managing and executing leasing work
Identifying and managing capital expenditure for projects
Implementing and overseeing refurbishment programmes and asset repositioning.
Managing third party service providers
Interacting with occupational tenants
Taking an active role in reporting, both internally and externally.
Assisting with any required due diligence for UK acquisitions and sales.
