Job Title: Asset Data Manager
Location: Warwick / Hybrid
Remuneration: From £37,000 per annum
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (6 months, plus potential extension)

Responsibilities:

Data Management: Collect, organise, and maintain comprehensive records of asset information.
Data Analysis: Analyse asset data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimisation.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on asset status, usage, and performance for stakeholders.
Data Integrity: Ensure the quality and consistency of asset data through regular audits and updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support asset management initiatives and resolve data-related issues.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in asset management.
Proficiency in data management software, SQL, and MS Office (Excel & Word).
Strong ability to analyse complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
High level of accuracy and a detail-oriented approach to data management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings clearly.
