Salary: £29,770 – £34,600 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing & Gas Trainer/Assessor to join our team full-time. In this vital role, you'll support apprentices throughout their training journey, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers.
About the Role:
As a Trainer/Assessor, you’ll work closely with apprentices, employers, and our teaching staff to guide learners from start to successful completion of their programmes. Your main duties will include:
Delivering high-quality 1:1 and small group training sessions
Conducting workplace and college-based assessments
Leading regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers
Coordinating and preparing apprentices for End Point Assessment
Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers
