Assembly Operator – Overview:

We are looking for an Assembly Operator to join our client who are a global precision engineering company. They are looking due to huge success across the business!

Assembly Operator – Requirements

* Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to technical drawings and work instructions.

* Crimp, solder, and strip wires, including the use of semi-automated machines for wire preparation.

* Fit and connect ribbon cables, heat-shrink tubing, and other wiring components.

* Perform visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure quality standards are met.

* Populate and assemble PCB boards and sub-assemblies with precision.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company procedures.

Assembly Operator - Salary & Benefits:

* £12.26ph

* Day shifts Monday – Friday

* 3% contributory workplace pension

* 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
