Area Sales Manager - IC Financial Services

Job Description Reporting to the CNH Sales Manager, for the acquisition of new & used quality asset finance business, for the development and retention of strong customer and dealer relationships for IC Capital.
Customer relationships are forged either from introductions by Dealer Principals and Sales Personnel, or Manufacturers and Sales Personnel, or CNHI Commercial Operations and IC Capital Field Force.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and Promote Sales : Responsible for supporting and promoting the sales of the assigned Brand by acting as 360°trusted financial partner and unique interface for dealers & customers and managing the entire catalogue of financial products and services, working in cooperation with the corresponded sales representative of the Brand and/or financial partner/s strictly coordinating with CL & Business Support team
Development, Follow up and execution of a business plan by dealers: Define business plan and targets by dealer proactively developing and maintaining relationships with Brand, dealers and customers in the assigned territory to execute the plan
Achieve Sales Success : Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of new and existing dealers and customers to achieve high levels of sales success.
