Architect required to join a small/medium sized-studio in Cheshire.

Step into a role where your expertise and creativity are not just valued, but celebrated. This is an invitation to join a collaborative and growing team that thrives on delivering thoughtful, contextually sensitive architecture across a diverse range of sectors. From education and community projects to commercial, conservation, and multi-million-pound urban regeneration schemes, the work here is as varied as it is impactful.

Why This Role Stands Out:

- Diverse Project Involvement: Engage in projects from early feasibility and concept design through to planning, technical detailing, and contract administration on site. This ensures a rich, varied experience and avoids the monotony of being confined to a single project phase.
- Collaborative Environment: Become part of a close-knit, friendly team that values collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and professional integrity. Your input will be valued, and your growth supported.
- Cutting-Edge Technology: Work within a Revit-based practice equipped with the latest point cloud laser scanning technology. This ensures precise site information and efficient workflows, allowing you to focus on what you do best-designing and delivering exceptional Architecture.
- Professional Growth: This role is perfect for those who take genuine interest in both design and delivery, and who enjoy seeing projects through from inception to completion. Your all-round abilities will be honed and appreciated.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in Architectural practice or a similar environment. Must present a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills: Strong communication skills: Written, verbal and presentation. Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Attributes: Dependable, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

If you're an Architect who thrives on diverse challenges and is eager to contribute to a supportive and engaging studio, this role could be your next career milestone.
