Salary Expectations: £37-45,000 (dependent on experience)

I'm looking for an experienced Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Gloucester. The well established team have a varied portfolio, including education, residential, commercial and healthcare projects. The team have a focus on sustainability and always exceed client expectations by creating client-led designs.

Work through all RIBA stages on Education projects
Manage drawing packages
Work within a team on a range of architectural projects through all RIBA stages
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Produce architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents
Collaborate with clients, contractors and the wider teamExperience for the Architect role:

Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
Significant experience working on education projects in a UK-based architecture practice
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient using Revit
