Mortgage Broker

Award winning brokerage are seeking a new Mortgage Broker to join our team on either an Employed or Self-Employed basis

We are the leading UK broker specialising in Self Build and Development funding.

The role would be suited to an experienced broker who wants a new challenge. Someone who wants to expand their knowledge and have the real opportunity to earn more money while working for a market leading firm with a great team.

Employed - Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £85,000

Self Employed - Average case size across the team in 2024 was £4097 (mortgage and broker fee only). Expected net earnings for the adviser is £120,000

The role can be home based. However, the candidate will need to commit to the first 4-6 weeks being fully office based while they complete the firms internal training program.

What you need to have:

• CAS status
• Full CeMap Qualification
• Minimum experience, 2 years as a mortgage broker
• Be use to managing a large mortgage pipeline
• Customer Focused
• Ability to Manage multiple leads a day
• Ability to plan own time/diary efficiently
• Full UK driving licence
