Airport Night Parking Manager Location: Gatwick Area (RH11 0QB)
Hours: 4 on 4 off – 6pm to 6am
Salary: £35,000 per year

We're hiring an experienced and proactive Airport Night Parking Manager to run our overnight parking operation near Gatwick Airport. With over 3,100 spaces, a 70-strong team, and hundreds of customers arriving and departing each night, this role is all about delivering smooth, efficient, and safe service when it matters most.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions and direction will shape the customer experience and the performance of the night team.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of car park attendants, bus drivers, and customer service staff. Foster a positive, high-performance culture across the night shift.

Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth running of vehicle check-ins, parking, customer transfers, and site management throughout the shift.
