We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Air Export Freight Forwarding Operator to join us in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in air freight forwarding who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Role Overview

As an Air Export Freight Forwarding Operator, you will manage the end-to-end air export process, ensuring shipments are arranged smoothly and efficiently from origin to destination. Your coordination and communication skills will be essential in delivering excellent service to our clients and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Air Export Operations

Arrange and manage air freight exports from booking through to delivery
Prepare and review export documentation including AWBs, commercial invoices, and packing lists
Liaise with airlines, carriers, ground handling agents, and overseas partnersClient & Carrier Communication

Provide regular shipment updates to clients
Resolve any export or customs issues proactively
Build strong relationships with suppliers and partnersCompliance & Documentation

Ensure all shipments comply with international trade regulations and aviation security
Process customs entries and coordinate with clearing agents
