Aerospace Sales Representative
Location: Based in Leeds with UK-wide travel
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

We’re working with a global distributor of industrial and construction products, looking to hire an Aerospace Sales Representative to support growth and manage key accounts across the UK aerospace sector.
If you’ve worked in aerospace, aviation, or aircraft maintenance—and enjoy developing customer relationships—this could be a great fit. The role focuses on managing existing clients while driving new business, with full training provided. Flexible working may be offered following the onboarding period.
The Role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with aerospace and aviation clients
Work towards clearly defined sales targets and strategies
Support customer onboarding, quality checks, and compliance
Respond promptly to RFPs and RFQs
Coordinate inventory, order processing, and logistics
Inspect components and hardware kits against customer specifications
Make occasional local deliveries in a company vehicle
Uphold company standards in safety, sustainability, and site housekeeping
What You’ll Need
Full UK driving licence and ability to meet company driving criteria
An associate degree in Business/Marketing or at least 2 years’ relevant experience
Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach
Competence with Microsoft Office and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel and carry out physical, hands-on tasks as needed
