Job Summary:
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) provides expert clinical care across a broad spectrum of healthcare needs. Working autonomously or collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the ANP assesses, diagnoses, treats, and manages patients, offering high-level clinical decision-making and leadership within their area of practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with complex health needs.

Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines and local policies.
*
Provide patient education and health promotion to support prevention and self-management of chronic conditions.
*
Perform clinical procedures within scope of practice.
*
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
*
Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to service development.
*
Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
*
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
*
Participate in audits, clinical governance, and continuing professional development (CPD).
Qualifications & Requirements:

Registered Nurse with the NMC
*
Master’s degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or equivalent.
*
Independent Prescribing qualification.
*
Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience.
*
Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills.
*
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
