Key Responsibilities:

• Autonomous management of minor illness and injury clinics
• Same-day urgent care and triage
• Independent prescribing (V300 qualification essential)
• Clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Referrals to secondary care and other agencies
• Supporting QOF and practice clinical targets

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse with NMC pin and ANP qualification
• Independent Prescriber (V300 essential)
• Recent experience working autonomously in a Primary Care setting
• Proficient in clinical systems such as EMIS Web or SystmOne
• Confident managing diverse patient presentations in a GP setting
