Our client is currently recruiting for an Administrator in the Ashbourne area DE6.
Job role: Administrator
Pay: £12.82 p/h (PAYE)
Start date: ASAP
End date: 16th July 2025
Working times: Mon to Thurs 8-5 Friday 8-4
Location: Ashbourne DE6
General admin duties, assisting the team leaders with their paperwork, filing, answering the phone. health and safety buletins . timesheets, opening and closing of work orders. ad hoc duties training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records within various management information systems.
General 'team' administrative duties as and when required.
Share information to ensure customer needs are met.
Maintain office systems in an orderly manner.
Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team.
Role is mostly reactive and takes direction from team leaders.
Work as part of a team, but can also operate stand alone when required.
Takes direction from Business Support Coordinator/Manager and senior team members.
Receives and disseminates information to other team members to ensure delivery.
Assists with the delivery of service to the client.
Will handle confidential information with discretion.
Input to and maintain spread sheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports.
Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices.
Administer petty cash.
Provide cover for reception where appropriated/required.
Responsible for reception duties as required.
Qualifications:
Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
Skills:
Familiar with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications.
Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
Experience:
Previous experience of working in a generalist administration/business support role.
Behavioral competencies:
