Administrator – Join a Creative, Down-to-Earth Team
Are you super organised, love ticking things off a to-do list, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
This is a growing company that designs and develops innovative hardware in-house – as well as distributing it to a solid customer base. Proud of what they make and how they do things, the business is now on the lookout for a friendly, detail-loving Administrator to help keep everything flowing like clockwork.
🛠 What you'll be doing:
As the new Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day operations – the go-to person for keeping customer orders moving and making sure everything’s on track. Here’s a taste of what you’ll get involved in:
* Keeping on top of incoming customer orders – from emails and various online portals
* Raising delivery notes so everything gets packed and sent out properly
* Liaising with warehouse managers to check stock levels and availability
* Confirming goods despatched on Sage, making sure everything lines up
* Making sure customers receive their orders on time and in full – every time
* Helping manage customer accounts and keeping the admin side tidy and up to date
* Supporting with regular stock takes (clipboard and pen ready!)
* Answering calls in a professional but friendly way and handling email comms with care
* Spotting when things don’t look quite right – and doing something about it
🧠 A bit about you:
The ideal Administrator is someone who’s:
* Organised, accurate, and has a great eye for detail
* Comfortable working across different systems (experience with Sage is a big plus!)
* Confident with email and happy chatting to customers on the phone
* Clear and professional when writing – good spelling and grammar are second nature
* Proactive, reliable, and happy rolling up your sleeves when needed
* A great team player who takes pride in doing a great job
