Administrator
A leading contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their business on part time basis for a fixed term period of eight weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the regional contractors with numerous years experience as one of the paramount reputable contractors. The role of Administrator will be based on site in Chichester.
Responsibilities for Administrator
Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
Assisting with time sheets
General ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements for Administrator
Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
Well versed with IT programmes including Microsoft packages
Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
