Administrator

Your new company 
You will be working for a national distributor of consumer goods based in Bristol City.
Hours: 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:30
Working pattern: On site Monday to Friday
Your new role 
You will work as a general administrator for the company, duties are as follows:

  • Using MS package and bespoke systems to track spreadsheets, data and stocklists.
  • Data management.
  • Team collaboration to ensure consistency across departments.
  • Assist with basic finance admin e.g. purchase ledger
  • Internal communication to coordinate with other team administrators.
What you'll need to succeed 
  • Excellent organisation.
  • Very detail-orientated.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with data management.
  • Past experience working as an administrator for a large-scale organisation.
  • Be a great team player, helping other colleagues where necessary.
