Our Facilities Management client is looking for a temp for approx. 4 weeks .
The main aspect of the job are -
Managing reactive engineer/sub-contractor jobs – respond to unplanned issues or breakdowns
Building quotes
Liaise with all relevant internal parties regarding invoicing queries
Billing queries
Managing paperwork and processing on CAFM system, Maximo (not essential to know these)
It would be a huge advantage if you have facilities or expereince of scheduling engineers
