Our well-established client is currently seeking a Training Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Training Administrator will be required to support the training administration team and customers through a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist candidates with their training applications

* Monitor emails for training enquiries and match them with available training opportunities.

* Ensure training rooms are set up daily with the appropriate materials.

* Liaise with approved training providers to ensure all necessary arrangements for training courses are in place.

* The training administrator will maintain a stock sheet of all training collateral

Key Skills and Experience:

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Willingness to go the extra mile to be helpful to callers.

* The Training Administrator will have strong attention to detail

* Good knowledge and practical experience of using Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
