We are currently looking for an Administrator, with a background in repairs and maintenance, to join a housing association in the area of Birmingham. As an Administrator, you will have experience in:
Scheduling and organising operatives diaries
Working in a high pressured environment
Providing a friendly and professional customer experience to all
Managing inboxes and competency in using systems to log repairs and notes accurately
Administrator �16 - �18 per hour Mon - Fri | 37.5hrs a week Contract Birmingham The responsibilities of an Administrator include:
Handling customer queries via telephone and email
Escalating issues to the maintenance team
Chasing jobs and providing updates to customers
