We are currently looking for an Administrator, with a background in repairs and maintenance, to join a housing association in the area of Birmingham.
As an Administrator, you will have experience in:
  • Scheduling and organising operatives diaries
  • Working in a high pressured environment
  • Providing a friendly and professional customer experience to all
  • Managing inboxes and competency in using systems to log repairs and notes accurately

The responsibilities of an Administrator include:
  • Handling customer queries via telephone and email
  • Escalating issues to the maintenance team
  • Chasing jobs and providing updates to customers
