Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly proactive and organised individual to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations and leverage your administrative skills to ensure smooth and efficient work flow.

Main Duties:
-Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

-Provide comprehensive support, including arranging travel and managing supplier documentation

-Coordinate and set up meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed

-Maintain an organised and well-stocked office environment

-Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities, ensuring a dynamic and varied workday

Person Requirements:

-Previous administrative experience

-Strong communication skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Confident in multitasking
