Administration Team Leader - Harlow - £28k
Our client who are a leading industry specialists in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of highly innovative Media and Fire Life safety systems have an opportunity for an Administration Team Leader to join their team.
This role is an administration position leading a team of approximately 12 individuals and involves the following tasks:

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries: You will be responsible for handling inquiries from tenants of local councils and housing associations. This involves providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Logging inbound calls and emails: You will accurately log and track incoming communication, ensuring that all queries and concerns are properly documented.
  • Sending letters to customers: Preparing and sending official correspondence to customers, which may include letters, notices, or other relevant documents.
  • Scheduling bookings for engineers: You will be in charge of coordinating appointments for engineers to attend routine inspections, fault calls, and small works, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely responses to customer needs.
  • Loading daily jobs onto the internal management system: Updating and managing tasks and appointments within the company's internal system to ensure proper tracking and workflow management.
  • Updating progress on customer portals: Keeping customer portals and systems up to date with the latest information and progress on their requests and concerns.
  • Dealing with customer and engineer queries: Providing assistance and support to both customers and engineers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supporting Contract Managers: Collaborating with Contract Managers to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Skills/Experience;

  • Previous admin/customer service experience at Team Lead/Supervisor is essential - Ideally within an engineering business
  • Excellent admin skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively

Benefits:

  • £28 ,000 per annum
  • 8:30am-5pm - Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid Working Pattern - 3 x days office and 2 x days from home
