As an Administrator for a leading engineering training provider, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of training programmes by coordinating course schedules, managing learner records, handling enquiries, and providing efficient administrative support to both trainers and learners.
The ideal candidate would be highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage training schedules, maintain accurate learner records, respond to enquiries professionally, and provide proactive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of engineering training programmes.

The role
*Play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of training programmes
*Coordinate course schedules and training timetables
*Manage and maintain accurate learner records and documentation
*Handle incoming enquiries from learners, clients, and staff
*Provide efficient administrative support to both trainers and learners
*Help ensure that training sessions run effectively and on time
The person
*Have strong organisational and time management skills
*Be confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
*Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
*Be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks or deadlines
*Show attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
*Have previous experience in an administrative or education/training environment (desirable but not essential)
*Be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
*Full UK Driving Licence
