Requirements:
- MS Excel & Outlook Experience
- Previous Warehouse Experience beneficial but no essential
- Working hours are Mon-Wed 7.30-3.30pm
Responsibilities:
As a Admin Clerk Part time, your responsibilities are , but not limited to -
- Check and monitor the booking in of Goods In to ensure timescales for duty are adhered to
- Assist in Goods In paperwork & duty requirements, ensuring timescales for receipting are adhered to.
- Advise and chase the customer for all outstanding paperwork relating to all duty requirements
- Recording of delivery notes, listing Sales Order numbers and monitor
- Assist in various admin tasks ie, internal/external post
- Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and archived
- To ensure all department telephone calls are answered efficiently
- Work within a team environment
- To interchange work requirements within the department to cover absence and holidays
