Our client who are�one of the largest turnkey Engineering & Construction�contractors in the Oil and Gas sector with a proven track-record over many years, and increasingly growing towards the Renewable Energy Sector as well.�



They are looking for an Admin Assistant to�be part of the HR Team. You will manage and support data entry activities for payroll purpose.



Activities:





  • Monthly data entry for starters, leavers, and pay changes; respond to related queries




  • Process expense claims




  • Support other office Offshore Payroll by entering vessel timesheets into the HR system




  • Monitor and reconcile timesheets against Vessel Personnel reports




  • Perform spot checks to ensure timesheet accuracy




  • Help update the Time & Attendance system




  • Provide general payroll support and assist with internal/external reporting as needed





Ideal Candidate:�




  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)�

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.



The role is an ongoing contract, Inside IR35, Full time from the office.
