A global leader in the Management Consulting space is hiring into their Capital Projects and Real Estates practice - looking for Assistant Director / Senior Manager level candidates with experience across Central Government and Defence and Security.

Their CPRE team is the go to strategic advisor and delivery partner for complex real estate related business challenges, working across a range of corporate, financial services and public sector clients. For this role specifically, the incoming candidate(s) will focus predominately on Defence and Security and Central Government clients. Working with a Central Government Department to develop an Estates and Asset Management Strategy to reduce cost and bring the client closer to achieving Net Zero
Supporting a client to assess options and select the location for a new HQ office location, define the outline requirement and stand up the programme to deliver and service this new workplace to its 2000+ staff;
Reviewing the facilities management operating model and procurement strategy for future services, designing and supporting delivery of an optimisation programme and developing the business case and requirement for the re-procurement of new service contracts;
Development of Green Book Business Cases to secure funding approval for major accommodation projects across the UK with whole-life costs of £10m-£1bn.
Regarding Assistant Director / Senior Manager, candidates will be expected too:
Support the development and growth of the business by building and sustaining client relationships;
Bring Public Sector consulting expertise to your work and clients, including an understanding of the Public Sector and how it operates, managing associated stakeholder environments and business case and approval processes;
The firm are based in Central London, with other locations across the UK and offer both flexible and hybrid working policies.
Some projects require the highest levels of Security Clearance so the role requires candidates that currently have or have held SC or DV Clearance.
