Description
Client Management : Primary client contact, relationship building, meeting handling
Technical Work : Prepare/review financial statements (UK GAAP/FRS 102), manage audits, handle tax computations, review VAT returns
Team Leadership : Supervise juniors, delegate work, provide training, participate in reviews
Practice Development : Identify new service opportunities, assist with proposals
Quality Control : Ensure adherence to firm procedures and regulatory requirements
Additional Responsibilities Project management across multiple clients
Developing technical specializations
Advising on accounting technology solutions
