The role
As the Team Lead in the Finance Delivery team, you would be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable function, managing a team to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
Proactively identify system challenges, escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
Lead the team on a daily basis, maintaining service quality, adherence to standards, and implementing process improvements
Take ownership of the team’s performance, ensuring alignment with defined milestones and KPIs
Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver value through clear objectives, effective prioritisation, and continuous improvements
Foster a culture of accountability, openness, and continuous improvement within the team
