Key responsibilities:
Assist with all areas of the AP ledger, including processing bills
Ensuring compliance on POs and reconciling statements
Maintain accurate financial records to support audit and compliance functions.
Managing of the creditor ledger
Overseeing the accounts payable inbox, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
Ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances
Providing ad-hoc reports as needed
Monthly bank reconciliation
