Our Client based in Keighley a Sports Wholesaler and Importer and are currently recruiting for an Accounts and Office Assistant to join our Team, supporting the office for both Purchases and Sales with the day to day running of a busy office environment.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO BE COMPUTER LITERATE. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sage 200 is essential. The candidate should be able to demonstrate good communication skills, be flexible, and when required, able to work to tight deadlines whilst using own initiative. The candidate will also need to have both excellent troubleshooting skills and have the ability to work as a team player, particularly in communicating with and supporting other team members.
Key Requirements:
Mathematics and English Language GCSE Grade B (Level 5/6) or above (no application will be considered without these qualifications).
· Experience in Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger Accounts
Experience of working within a busy Finance team
· Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines effectively
· Strong IT skills
