Accounts Manager Location: Exeter
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £38,000 to £44,000 DOE
We are seeking an Accounts Manager to join our client's team in Exeter. This senior position is ideal for someone who is technically strong and passionate about client service. You will lead on delivering accounting and advisory services to your own portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and high-quality outputs, primarily for SMEs, partnerships, and sole traders.
Day-to-day of the role: Client Portfolio Management: Be the go-to person for a variety of SMEs, partnerships, and sole traders. Build and nurture long-term relationships based on trust and outstanding service.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management reports. Ensure everything is accurate and compliant with UK standards.
Strategic Advisory: Offer tailored financial insights to help clients grow. Advise on tax planning, cash flow management, and business strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted adviser, addressing client queries and proactively meeting their needs. Lead client meetings and present insightful reports.
