Accounts Assistant

We are pleased to be working with a growing business based in Banbury that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a supportive environment, with the potential for further progression. Offering up to £35,000 .
Key responsibilities:
Collaborating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment queries
Producing BACS payment run/urgent CHAPS
Managing unallocated cash
Processing Supplier Invoices
Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
Ownership of the aged receivables report and tracking overdue accounts
Cashing customer payments
Supporting the preparation of the cashflow reports
What they're looking for:
Minimum of a couple of years' experience in either an accounts payable or receivable role
Good IT skills including Excel
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
