Processing invoices and payments accurately and on time.
Maintaining the company's purchase ledger.
Performing reconciliations of supplier statements.
Handling queries related to invoices and payments.
Ensuring compliance with CIS regulations.
Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
Working closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Supporting the Accounting & Finance Department with other tasks as needed.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Proficiency in financial software programs.
Strong understanding of CIS regulations.
Construction industry experience is preferable.
