Full Accounts Assistant Role – Rotherham
Salary: £23,000–£25,000

About the Role
Working alongside a team of four and reporting to the Finance Director, you will be involved in a variety of finance duties, including:

Preparing accurate sales invoices from stock records

Managing the sales ledger, including posting receipts and reconciling remittances
*
Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
*
Maintaining stock records using internal or third-party weighbridge reports
*
Assisting with month-end processes (all tasks to be completed within 5–6 working days)
*
Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience in an accounts or finance role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
*
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
*
Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
*
Good working knowledge of Excel (advanced skills highly desirable)
*
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts (desirable but not essential)
The Package

Salary: £20,000–£25,000 (depending on experience)
*
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (fully office-based)

Contract: Permanent
