This is a permanent full-time office based role, the client is on the outskirts of Woking with parking, hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm
Working for this growing multinational business and reporting to the European Finance Manager, this is a varied role that will include elements of monthly accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis. Day to day duties:
Preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations.
Maintain fixed asset records and manage company Capex reporting.
Prepare and file multiple jurisdiction tax and VAT returns in a timely manner.
Assist in sales tax and/or property tax audits.
Play a complementary role in various stages of the annual budget preparation.
Manage operating lease reporting, including various escalating leases.
Assist the Finance Manager with external Semi-Annual Review and Annual Financial Statement Audits, including preparation of various footnote disclosures.
Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and currencies, processing and entry of vendor invoices, and resolving queries.
Check sales invoices and produce daily sales reports to the overseas head office.
Ensure all debtor, cash, and bought ledger payments are promptly and accurately recorded.
Participate in various credit control and collection activities.
