Hybrid Role.
Office Based - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (09:00am to 17:00pm)
Work from Home - Wednesday, Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm)
Based - Coventry, CV3
Salary - £28000 to £32000 per annum + Attractive Commission Scheme!
Term - Temp to Perm after 12 weeks (Paid hourly for the first 12 weeks)
Start Date - ASAP
The successful candidate MUST display a strong background in ideally B2B Telesales, Account Management and be prepared to be involved in the full 360 sales process.
Job Overview:
- To lead on outbound telesales calls to a provided data set alongside other self-created leads.
- Achieve sales target numbers by winning sustainable business.
- Providing an excellent sales experience for customers giving accurate and timely information.
- Share best practice with other colleagues in the same role.
- Work alongside marketing and the wider sales team on campaigns to ensure we follow up timely.
- As a real team player, you will engage with your team to create a positive environment.
- Working closely with the Account Development Manager to follow up campaigns managed by the Marketing team.
