A leading UK manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, helping them leverage marketing tools, and ensuring they benefit from the company's full marketing offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support mutual business growth.
Assist customers with marketing resources, including lead generation, promotional materials, and digital content.
Provide training and system demos as needed.
Tailor marketing strategies to meet each customer's unique needs.
Monitor and track customer engagement with marketing efforts, and report on performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and communication with clients.
Oversee the management of the marketing portal, ensuring content is up-to-date.
Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of the marketing offering.Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or marketing.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to follow through on action plans.
Comfortable analysing marketing performance data.
