Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses

The Role
This position focuses on client retention and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on re-engaging lapsed clients and maintaining high levels of service for existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying reasons behind reduced client activity, resolving concerns, and ensuring continued satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, the Account Manager will help drive long-term client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Reconnect with lapsed clients and maintain regular contact with existing accounts

* Identify and analyse changes in client engagement or spending behaviour

* Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally

* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system

* Collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent service

* Provide insights on client retention trends and suggest strategies for improvement

Requirements

* Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Calm under pressure and focused on solutions

* Proficient in using CRM systems and working with client data

* Organised, commercially aware, and proactive

* Team-oriented with a high level of initiative and empathy
