Account Manager

We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to join our team, specialising in placing top-quality candidates in to the industrial sector.

The Role:

Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles

*

Advertise vacancies on job boards within company guidelines

*

Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network

*

Liaise with clients

*

Ensure relevant compliance documents are collated and processed

*

Work with the team to fill bookings

*

Conduct inductions

Experience:

*

Someone that can demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn

*

Enthusiasm and confidence

*

Strong written and oral communication skills.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office

*

Organised, proactive and can prioritise

*

Recruitment experience is desirable

Any prospective candidate must be able to drive and have own transport due to travel between sites
