We are delighted to be working on behalf of one of Europes leading PCB suppliers to support them in finding an Account Manager to join their global organisation based in Devizes.
Our client is experiencing sustained and predicted growth, so this role will be key in providing support to the sales team, with full responsibility of managing a growing of UK accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible and full ownership of Internal Accounts
Complete ownership of the order process.
Generate Purchase Orders / Sales Orders.
Manage and interpret customer forecasts.
Understand and provide customer status reports.
Updating and maintaining our CRM system.
Responsible for varying stock models
Aged Stock Control
KAM (Key Account Manager - External Sales)
Working with all KAM's - external sales team
Assisted Customer visits
Build strong relationships with all customers
Liaise with customer on all aspects of the account management and coordinate and prioritise all customer enquiries
