Facilities Account Manager to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multiple service contracts, drive high standards, and make a real impact across hard and soft services. In this client-facing role, you’ll combine strong leadership with commercial awareness to ensure consistent delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and develop several FM contracts, ensuring exceptional service across all disciplines
- Lead service delivery teams, working collaboratively across helpdesk, soft services, and hard services
- Conduct regular audits, site visits, and compliance checks to maintain high operational standards
- Manage all commercial aspects of the contracts, including P&L, billing, and ACW works
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement changes effectively
- Respond to reactive situations and manage incident reporting as required
- Champion a customer-first culture in everything you do
About You- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FM account management or contract delivery
- Proven track record of managing multi-service FM environments
- Strong financial and commercial understanding
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to service excellence
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications- IOSH accredited
- IWFM membership (AIWFM or higher)
- IWFM Level 3 qualification or working towards
